General UX and play-ability updates this time around.

DIALOGUE
-Dialogue speak key now mapped to E
-E also can now progress dialogue

PAUSE MENU
-Single pressing Esc now properly exits pause menu
-Button cooldown for exiting is now only one frame
-Go back now also uses button cooldown, will not be called if game is not paused
-Hitting Accept on options menu now also goes back to previous menu after saving prefs

BEAM
-Beam lock on set to "off" now renders beam without lock on as well
-Beam receiver collider now covers object more accurately
-Fixed visible collisions, offset beam receivers by .5 for greater accuracy
-Controller now allows for offset to root transform, specifically useful for mouse aim
-Beam receiver now plays hover particles when an object is being hovered
-Mouse distance from root threshold lowered so player can possess objects more close by

TIME DISPLAY
-Milliseconds are now marked with a '.' instead of a ':'

-Upgraded renderer
